Important to read

For Contributors

Everything about sharing and selling your art with us, kept plain and honest. Read this before you submit.

01

Your details

Keep your email and phone number active. If a collector wants your piece, that is how we reach you, so do not let them go stale.

02

Your artwork

Only upload art that is genuinely yours. Submitting work that is not your own is strictly not allowed and will be taken down.

03

What you can offer

Choose digital, physical, or both. A digital piece reaches the buyer as a clean high resolution file. For a physical piece, tell us whether it is framed and what paper or material it is printed on, so the buyer knows exactly what arrives.

04

How a sale works

When a piece sells, we contact you first and confirm the details together. You only act once the buyer has paid and we give you the go ahead. After that the work is marked as sold and credited to its new owner, so everything stays open and transparent.

05

Sending a physical piece

You keep your physical artwork until it sells. Once the buyer has paid and we confirm it, you pack it safely and ship it directly to the buyer with a tracked courier, then share the tracking with us. Make sure it matches its listing and arrives in good shape. Within Indonesia the buyer pays no shipping, and that courier cost comes out of your payout. For international orders the buyer covers the shipping.

06

Pricing

Prices are settled directly over email and handled in US dollars. Nothing is fixed or shown on the site, so you and the buyer agree on the number together for each piece.

07

Payment

Once the sale is confirmed, your payout reaches the account you give us within two business days. We keep a 10 percent merchant fee and you keep 90 percent. For a physical piece shipped within Indonesia, the domestic courier cost is also deducted from your share. For example, a piece sold for $1,000 means $100 in fees and $900 to you, minus domestic shipping if it applies. There are no other hidden charges.

08

How buyers pay

Buyers in Indonesia pay through common local methods like QRIS, bank transfer, and e-wallets. International buyers pay in USDT, a US dollar stablecoin, sent over a blockchain network. Either way we confirm the payment before you ship or send the file.

09

Not for sale

Not selling a piece? Mark it as not for sale when you submit. We will still show it in the gallery, but never sell it, and we will tell any buyer it is not available because you chose not to sell it.

10

After a sale

Ownership passes to the buyer and the gallery shows them as the current owner, while your authorship credit as the creator always stays with you. The new owner may ask us to take the piece down, and they may also choose to resell it later through the gallery.
