Daysketch®

Privacy Policy

The short, friendly version of how we handle your information at Daysketch.

Last updated 28 June 2026

1. The short version

Daysketch is a small art gallery, not a data business. We only collect what we need to show your work and reply to you, and we never sell your information to anyone.

2. What we collect

When you use the contribution form we collect your name, email, phone number, the art credit you choose, an optional expected price, and the images you upload. If you inquire about or buy a piece, we collect what we need to complete the sale, such as your email, your shipping address for physical work, and payment details. When you chat with our assistant we receive the messages you type. We do not ask you to create an account.

3. How we use it

Your contact details are used only to reach you about your submission and any sale of your work. Your artwork is used to display it in the gallery with credit to you. Buyer details are used only to complete and deliver a purchase. Your chat messages are used only to answer your questions in that moment.

4. When your work sells

If your art sells through the gallery, we use the email and phone number you gave us to reach you about it first. We may then show publicly that the piece is sold and credit the new owner. At the new owner request we may also remove the piece from public display. We never publish your private contact details.

5. Buying and shipping

For a physical order, we share your shipping address with the artist so they can send the piece directly to you. We only handle the payment information needed to complete a purchase. Local payments use methods like QRIS, bank transfer, or e-wallets, while international payments are made in USDT over a blockchain network. We do not keep your payment details beyond what is needed to confirm and record the sale.

6. The assistant

Messages you send to our gallery assistant are forwarded to a third party AI provider so it can generate a reply. Please do not share sensitive personal information in the chat. We do not use these conversations to build a profile of you.

7. Services we rely on

To run the site we use trusted services for hosting, form handling, AI replies, gallery search, the music player, and image delivery. These providers only process the data needed to do their part, under their own privacy terms.

8. Cookies

Daysketch itself does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Some embedded content such as the music player may set its own cookies, which are controlled by that service, not by us.

9. How long we keep it

We keep submission details only as long as needed to review and display your work, or until you ask us to remove it. We keep a basic record of a sale so we can maintain the ownership history shown on the site and handle our accounts. Chat messages are not stored on the site after the conversation ends.

10. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you sent us at any time. Just email us and we will take care of it.

11. Children

Daysketch is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will remove it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always live on this page.
