The short, friendly version of the rules for sharing your art with Daysketch.

1. Acceptance
By submitting your work through our contribution form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not submit.
2. Your submission
You confirm that the artwork you send is your own original work and that you hold the rights to it. You keep full ownership of your art. By submitting, you grant Daysketch a non exclusive license to display your work in the gallery, always with credit to you.
3. Accepted files
We only accept image files such as JPG, PNG, WEBP, and GIF, up to 5 MB. Anything that is not an image, or that goes over the limit, may be rejected automatically.
4. Content rules
Please do not submit work that infringes someone else rights, or that is illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit. We may decline anything that does not fit the spirit of the gallery.
5. Credit
We will credit you using the name or handle you provide in the art credit field, so make sure it is correct before you send it.
6. Your information
Your email and phone number are used only to reach you about your submission and any sale. We do not sell or publish your contact details. Keep them active so we can reach you when it matters.
7. Selling your work
Your art may be offered for sale through the gallery. If a buyer is interested, we will contact you first using the details you provided and agree on the price and terms together before anything is final. You are always free to decline a sale. If you mark a piece as not for sale, we will display it but never sell it, and we will tell any interested buyer that it is not available.
8. When a piece sells
Once a piece is sold, we will mark it as sold on Daysketch and may credit the new owner, so the gallery stays honest and transparent. You keep authorship credit for the work at all times.
9. What the buyer receives
Each piece is offered as a digital file, a physical work, or both, as chosen by the artist. Digital work is delivered as a clean high resolution file by email or download link. Physical work is shipped by the artist directly to the buyer, and the listing states whether it is framed and what paper or material it is printed on. Shipping is free within Indonesia, while international shipping is paid by the buyer.
10. Accepted payment methods
Buyers in Indonesia may pay through common local methods, including QRIS, bank transfer, and e-wallets. International buyers pay only in USDT, a US dollar stablecoin, sent over a blockchain network, with the exact network confirmed before payment. Payment must clear before any piece is shipped or any file is delivered.
11. Payment and fees
All prices are in US dollars. After the buyer has paid and the sale is confirmed, we send your payout to the account you provide within two business days. A merchant fee of 10 percent of the final price is deducted to cover payment processing and running the gallery, and you receive the remaining 90 percent. For a physical piece shipped within Indonesia, the buyer pays no shipping and the domestic courier cost is deducted from your payout, while international shipping is paid by the buyer. As an example, a piece sold for $1,000 means $100 in fees and $900 paid to you, minus domestic shipping where it applies. There are no other hidden charges.
12. New owner rights
After a piece is sold, ownership passes to the buyer and the gallery shows them as the current owner, while you keep authorship credit as the creator at all times. The new owner may ask us to take the piece down, and they may also choose to offer it for sale again through the gallery later. We keep this history open so anyone can see who made a piece and who owns it now.
13. Review and removal
Every submission is reviewed before it appears. We may accept, decline, or later remove any piece at our discretion. Submitting does not guarantee that your work will be shown.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always live on this page.
